These sites are fairly advanced technologically. They have deals with stores where the stores upload to their sites their inventories to be shown in the site. Or others have robots that crawl the web and grab the products for display on their site.
To be able to do this, you need to have fairly advanced programming skills. It is not possible to do this on a low cost shared hosting plan, as you will need a fast database backend.
Or you can do this manually, but this will be a pain and will require constant checking and updating as to what is available elsewhere.

E-mail marketing is best way to get hits.
For this U have to get auto responder or e-mail blaster. Free a/r or blasters of no use. Be careful in selecting a A/R.
Some A/R do not allow u to send e-mails to ur list. They want a list prepared by them only.Avoid them.
